The only other Italians with more page views on their myspace than the Beetroots are DJ Phra and Bot...who make up Crookers. At first they were doing their own thing, Bot was learning instruments (piano/guitar), squencing, mastering and DJ'ing while Phra started DJ'ing from just 11 years old and was introduced to the Italian Hip Hop scene as an MC. They then decided to start Crookers back in 2003.

These different influences show in their sets, something quite unique...
