Its spread about the blogs like wildfire…and it seems to be true. Daft Punk are currently back making their fourth studio album…Busy P (also known as Pedro Winter) who has managed the two French robots for the past 12 years gave an exclusive interview to dance music website inthemix.com.au:

“The boys are in a studio in Paris at the moment and I can’t wait to listen to their new stuff!"

Mr Busy P has a hectic schedule, well, he would have as he runs the world renowned French label Ed Banger, produces his own music, DJ’s and no doubt a bunch of other stuff I haven’t mentioned. Hence the reason he is stepping down from his managerial role to be able to focus his attention on other things…including his own career as Busy P.
Lets hope they continue the way they have started, “Homework” was released in 1997, “Discovery” in 2001 and “Humans After All” in 2005…which could suggest its due out in 2009!
