Justice videos...
Justice - DVNO21Mb / MOV
DVNO, which according to Xavier de Rosnay, stands for "Divino." He goes on to say that, "In every suburb of the world, in every city, there's always a nightclub called El Divino...Clubs where you have to wear a white shirt to get in."
The video is directed by So-Me (Ed Banger's very own), Yorgos Tloupas and Machine Molle. It takes the lyrics from the song and turns it them into famous logos of companies (such as HBO, 20th Century Fox) with a total 80's-style/retro kinda feel.
Justice - Stress
50Mb / MOV / QuickTime 640 x 480 High Quality
The official video for "Stress" was causing mayhem in the French media. The video follows a gang of youngsters from the Paris suburbs who destroy and harass everything and everyone they meet. The French hoodlums (adorned with "†" jackets) walk around the streets of Paris smashing cars, beating up anyone who gets in their way, stealing old ladies' purses before finally turning on the cameraman himself.
The video clip was boycotted by several TV-stations, so the band dumped the video on YouTube.

Goose
Myspace - Goose
Goose are a four piece electro/rock band, which consists of Mickael Karkousse, Dave Martijn, Tom Coghe, and Bert Libeert.
They started life as an AC/DC cover group, this soon changed when they started writting their own material...which resulted in their debut single "Audience" being used for TV ads in europe by Coca Cola. Skint records then signed up the Belgian band in 2006, which lead to good things...such as...
Their debut album "Bring it On" getting released (2006)
Heineken asked them to score the track for the Champions League campaign.
Single "Check" featured on the popular racing game Gran Turismo 5 Prologue on Sonys PS3 console.
The band won the award for Best National Alternative Act at the TMF Awards 2007 and in early 2008, "Bring It On" was used in an ad for the Mitsubishi Lancer in the states. An impressive start!
I was lucky enough to see them live, in a venue no bigger than a shoebox. They totally blew me away...punchy vocals and growling basslines throughout! Have a listen and let me know what you think.

Daft Punk - Back in the studio!
Its spread about the blogs like wildfire…and it seems to be true. Daft Punk are currently back making their fourth studio album…Busy P (also known as Pedro Winter) who has managed the two French robots for the past 12 years gave an exclusive interview to dance music website inthemix.com.au:
“The boys are in a studio in
Mr Busy P has a hectic schedule, well, he would have as he runs the world renowned French label Ed Banger, produces his own music, DJ’s and no doubt a bunch of other stuff I haven’t mentioned. Hence the reason he is stepping down from his managerial role to be able to focus his attention on other things…including his own career as Busy P.
